You’ve finished university, started your career, and are figuring out what it means to live out your faith in the workplace. This table is for those balancing ambition, purpose, and faith in this next chapter of life.
Marriage is an incredible journey, and having a community makes it even better. Whether you’re newlyweds or a few years in, this table is for couples who want to grow together in faith and build a strong foundation.
Dating or engaged? This table is for couples who want to navigate relationships with intentionality, learn from others, and build a Christ-centered future together.
Not sure what you believe? Have questions about God, the Bible, or Christianity? This table is a safe space to explore faith, ask big questions, and have real conversations. No pressure, just honest dialogue.
Sometimes you just need a space with other guys. This table is for young men who want to grow spiritually, build solid friendships, and talk about real life in an authentic setting.
A space for young women to connect, encourage each other, and dive into meaningful conversations about faith, purpose, and life.
For those currently in post-secondary, juggling school, faith, and friendships. Whether you’re commuting or living on campus, this table is a place to find support and community.

Retreats, socials and serving together happen all year. The calendar carries every date, and many young adults also join a group to go deeper.
